Case Manager/Paralegal The candidate will be obtaining case details from clients in a positive and friendly manner. Use of case management software to properly maintain and compile client and case information. Management of case calendar scheduling. Corresponding with potential new clients with subsequent potential new client follow up. Claim processing with third party insurance carriers. Ordering case materials and documents. Providing customer service to clients. Drafting of demand letters and letters of representation. Assistance in implementing new case intake software to firm intake policies. Development of new case management strategy for efficiency. Positive attitude and desire to be a team member. Ability to learn and leverage cutting edge software/technology to reach Case Manager/Paralegal monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. Ambitious and intrinsically driven self-starter.
