TITLE: Paralegal / Case Manager
SALARY: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunity
Job Responsibilities:
As a Paralegal / Case Manager at the law firm, your primary responsibility will be to support the Attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a case. You will be an essential part of the legal team, ensuring that clients receive professional and compassionate legal representation. Your duties will include:
- Providing daily customer service to clients
- Managing an average caseload of over 200 cases
- Drafting and submitting letters of representation for various insurance types
- Preparing demands
- Reviewing medical records
- Drafting correspondence
- Consistently reviewing the entire caseload from start to finish
Education and Experience Information:
To be considered for the Paralegal / Case Manager position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A high school diploma
- A minimum of 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
Preferred qualifications include:
- A paralegal certificate or an associate degree
Knowledge and Skills:
Candidates should possess the following skills to excel in the role:
