Job Title: Senior Counsel, Contracts

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to support all aspects of the company's commercial contract lifecycle.
- Lead a team to drive results for significant operational agreements and corporate initiatives.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and adhere to corporate policies.
- Innovate processes and procedures using resources like AI, contract lifecycle management tools, and other external resources to balance speed to market with high-quality work output.
- Provide advice and counsel on complex commercial and operational agreements.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Law Degree and Bar Membership are required.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a business/corporate law setting, focusing on commercial contracts, with an interest in expanding knowledge in other areas.
- Strong experience in team building, leadership, and people management, including managing direct reports, multi-departmental taskforces, and large-scale projects.
- Experience with a contracts lifecycle management tool, utilizing AI and technology for process improvements, and demonstrating an innovative mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to strategize, prioritize, plan, implement, and delegate tasks as appropriate.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Robust relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong working relationships throughout the company.
- Proven ability to provide practical business and legal guidance.
- A proactive sense of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent negotiating and drafting skills.
- Willingness and desire to learn and understand the company’s various business departments and operations to build effective business partnerships with internal clients and drive results.
- Must be able to uphold the company's values of being bold, quick, listening, being curious, and showing integrity.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $186,629 to $216,939 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of the company's Management Incentive Plan (MIP), as well as annual awards of common stock through the company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTI Plan).
