Job Title: Foreclosure Paralegal - CT

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage foreclosure processes from referral through conclusion.
- Order title searches and prepare necessary documentation such as deeds, assignments, and letters.
- Obtain payoffs and meet time-sensitive deadlines to ensure the smooth progression of foreclosure cases.
- Provide timely updates and responses to clients, maintaining clear and effective communication.
- Conduct research and apply strong writing skills to prepare and manage case files.
- Work independently under pressure, handling a heavy workload efficiently.
- Exhibit confidence and comfort in phone communications with clients and other parties involved in the foreclosure process.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 2 years of related Connecticut foreclosure experience is required.
- Knowledge of Massachusetts foreclosure processes is considered a plus.
- Broad knowledge of real estate default services is essential for this role.
- Experience using foreclosure management software such as LPS, Caseaware, and Tempo is advantageous.
- Candidates should possess superior organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary Information:
- The position offers an hourly wage of per hour.
