Job Title: Legal Process Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic bridge between attorneys and cross-functional teams, orchestrating projects to drive efficiency and elevate client service.
- Design and implement innovative budgeting and pricing solutions that shape the firm's client engagements.
- Collaborate with practice leaders and attorneys to uncover operational needs and craft forward-thinking proposals.
- Champion best practices that redefine how the firm delivers legal value.
- Own the lifecycle of Client Solutions Group (CSG) pricing initiatives, from ideation through execution, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Shape and execute portfolio-specific and matter-specific pricing strategies.
- Serve as a central link between attorneys, clients, and internal operations by translating legal services delivery into clear statements of work.
- Champion project management and continuous improvement by rolling out innovative fee arrangements and workflow enhancements.
- Partner with attorneys and marketing teams to craft client-focused proposals and showcase the firm's innovative solutions and pricing strategies.
- Present at practice-group meetings, deliver targeted training, and create reusable resources to support firm-wide adoption of pricing and innovation tools.
- Develop financial tools to track budgets and monitor matters, while coordinating with attorneys for economic clarity and speed.
- Partner with firm leaders and the Marketing & Business Development team to uncover strategic insights and shape client-focused pricing strategies.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal pricing, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Preferred experience or certification in project management, process improvement, or knowledge management, or a willingness to obtain.

- Proficiency in pricing software and financial modeling tools.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, managerial, and organizational communication skills.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for New Jersey applicants is $100,000 - $125,000.
