Job Title: Compliance Scorecard Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor client scorecard metrics to ensure consistent adherence to service standards, quality benchmarks, and contractual requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to develop corrective actions and improvements when scorecard performance does not meet client expectations.
- Conduct training sessions to educate staff on compliance regulations, procedures, industry updates, and specific client scorecard criteria.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive compliance and scorecard performance reports to senior compliance management. These reports should identify compliance issues, trends, scorecard metrics, and include recommendations for corrective actions.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, particularly those related to mortgage default law, including guidelines from the CFPB, RESPA, FDCPA, TILA, and other relevant legal standards.
- Collaborate with legal, operational, and IT teams to develop and implement compliance initiatives. Ensure that records of compliance and client scorecard performance are accurately maintained.
- Review and update policies and procedures to guarantee ongoing compliance and the application of best practices in mortgage servicing, foreclosure processes, and client performance metrics.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, preferably within a mortgage, financial services, or legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of default mortgage processes and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to RESPA and FDCPA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other compliance-related software.

Salary Information:
- The position offers a salary of per hour, dependent on experience (DOE).
