Job Title: Bilingual Sales Manager (English - Spanish)
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct the Sales Coordinators and sales team to capture and follow up on leads.
- Design and implement strategies to achieve the law firm's sales objectives and growth expectations.
- Analyze and establish improvements to sales processes to achieve the law firm's strategic objectives.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in directing sales, sale of services, sales by chat, or call center sales (BPO).
- Proactive, organized, with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills and a passion for helping others.
- Kind and empathetic nature.
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Willingness to travel at least twice a year.
