Summary:

Law Firm, Jackson Lewis ., is seeking a full-time Employment Litigation Associate for their Dallas location. This position requires a JD from an ABA accredited law school and at least 3 years of litigation experience, with a preference for employment law background. The Associate will be responsible for defending and litigating various employment-related claims and providing counsel to employers on labor and employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
- Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters.
- Provide advice and counsel to employers on labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

- JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- At least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
- Active Texas bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.
- Strong understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.
