Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be E-filing pleadings, motions and notices. Scheduling with the court. Assisting with preparing answers to Discovery, obtaining records for RFPs, and other document preparation. Communicating and scheduling with opposing counsel. Assisting attorneys with trial preparation. Other tasks as assigned by supervising attorney. Should have 3+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience (either plaintiff or defense experience is preferred).
