Polsinelli, a top-rated law firm, is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. This full-time position can be remote or hybrid, with the candidate located in a state where the firm practices. With a focus on creating a supportive and creative work environment, Polsinelli is looking for a detail-oriented and customer service-oriented individual to support their IT infrastructure team.
As the IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of infrastructure escalations within the Platform Services function of IT. This role requires a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management platforms and workflows, as well as experience with PowerShell and MS Graph. You will have the opportunity to work directly with Okta and M365 for Identity and Access Management, as well as support the administration and configuration of the firm's M365 tenant.
This role also offers the opportunity to make an impact by designing and implementing identity-first security strategies, integrating compliance and automation into enterprise systems to enhance security and efficiency. You will also be responsible for maintaining systems-related documentation and providing technical support and troubleshooting for application authentication and SSO setup requests or issues through Okta.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience supporting Okta or other IAM platforms, as well as 3 years of experience supporting M365 administration. Proficiency in Active Directory/Entra, Single Sign-On (SSO), identity federation, privileged access management, and automated life-cycle management is also required.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000. In addition, as part of full-time employment, Polsinelli offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
