Job Title: Client Intelligence Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of the firm's intelligence and analytics tools using advanced data visualization and automation capabilities.
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, selecting, and utilizing enhancements to these tools as technologies evolve.
- Develop visual dashboards to automate reporting for business development and operational needs.
- Collaborate with the Data Solutions Engineering team to design and deliver data pipelines to unify and present information.
- Evaluate new data resources, technologies, and processes for various teams.
- Build cross-functional relationships with software engineers, solutions engineers, and business stakeholders to create solutions and support business processes.
- Work with IT staff, vendors, and third parties to address technical issues, manage integrations, and implement upgrades.
- Establish best practices for analytics, data dashboard, and application design and development.
- Collaborate with governance and data stakeholders to establish standard metrics reporting and analyze trends.
- Partner with the firm's PMO and Change Management teams for platform adoption and enhancements.
- Develop standard configuration documentation and guides for data consumers.
- Design end-user training, onboarding, and user adoption programs.
- Undertake special projects and duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- 3+ years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or professional services environment, particularly within an intelligence function.
- Proficiency in business intelligence, application development, and data visualization.
- Strong knowledge of the legal technology landscape, including trends, tools, and industry standards.
- Experience with legal technology, workflow systems, legal project management, and practice management tools.
- Understanding of law firm structure, business practices, and practice-specific terminology.
- Experience working with a broad array of legal practices including transactional, litigation, and regulatory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft OneLake, Fabric, Power, Copilot, and related applications is preferred.
- Exceptional proficiency with MS Office and Power platform for analyzing and communicating data-related concepts.
- Proficiency with cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements in the legal industry.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with business teams, lawyers, firm administrative departments, and vendors.
- Champion for change management, process improvement, user adoption, and the evolution of data strategies.
- Initiative and creativity in addressing challenges and enhancing productivity and client service.
- Ability to manage multiple complex assignments with competing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications & Education:
- Master’s degree or related coursework or certifications are strongly preferred.

Salary Information:
- The position may be filled in Illinois, District of Columbia, or New York. Base salary ranges are as follows:
- Illinois: $106,000 - $159,700 per year
- District of Columbia: $116,000 - $174,000 per year
- New York City: $116,000 - $174,000 per year
- Compensation depends on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
