Job Title: Counsel Pensions, Benefits & Investments
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a legal expert in the Pensions, Benefits & Investments Group, providing counsel on private funds investment.
- Engage in transactions involving different asset classes and public market transactions.
- Represent either the manager or investor side in financial dealings.
- Take ownership of significant deals, ensuring thorough oversight and management.
- Efficiently and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal standards and bar admission requirements in the applicable state.
Education and Experience Information:
- 8+ years of experience in private funds investment.
- Extensive experience working on private funds across various asset classes and/or public market transactions.
- Excellent academic credentials are required.
- Admission to the bar in the state where the candidate applies.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for the position is $175,000 to $230,000 annually.
- Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
