Job Title: e-Data Analyst
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a law firm or eDiscovery vendor environment
Education: Bachelor's degree
Certifications: Relativity, LiveNote, CaseNotebook, and Trial Director

Responsibilities:
- Design databases and establish workflows for efficient document reviews
- Generate reports and perform quality control on document productions
- Process electronic material in ecapture
- Provide assistance with litigation support software
- Maintain confidentiality and keep accurate time records
- Prepare materials for distribution
- Stay updated on changes in the litigation support software industry
- Assist in full-cycle electronic case data management
- Analyze and solve problems quickly and accurately
- Work as part of a team to manage and track discovery data
- Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Background in litigation support or as a litigation Paralegal with technical skills
- Technical expertise in database creation, organization, and maintenance
- Understanding of business information systems and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to quickly learn new litigation software
