Job Title: Specialist – Sponsorships

Job Responsibilities:
The Specialist – Sponsorships at the law firm is a crucial member of the Sponsorships team, tasked with managing a significant number of conference and trade organization sponsorships. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to outline objectives and strategically plan sponsorship participation. The responsibilities include:

- Proactively coordinating various stages of the sponsorship lifecycle, which encompasses evaluating opportunities, negotiating benefits packages, submitting deliverables, leading planning meetings, and managing checklists, budgets, expenses, vendors, data, and conducting post-sponsorship analysis.
- Assessing and evaluating sponsorship opportunities and advising on subsequent steps.
- Negotiating and identifying beneficial terms to achieve cost savings with vendors.
- Attending key sponsorships to assess business development opportunities and/or manage setup.
- Participating in Events & Sponsorships and Business Development department meetings, as well as specific practice or industry group meetings, to develop a foundational understanding of relevant subject matters.
- Ensuring the protection and confidentiality of highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information held by the law firm.

Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for the role of Specialist – Sponsorships, candidates should possess the following:

- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of education.
- Preferably, qualifications in events or sponsorship management.
- A minimum of three years of experience in events, partnership or sponsorship management, conference organization, business development, or marketing within a professional services environment.
- Experience with Cvent is preferred.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Specialist – Sponsorships position is between USD $75, and USD $90, per year. In addition to a competitive salary, successful candidates are offered a comprehensive total compensation package that includes bonuses based on individual and firm performance.
