Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft, review, and file legal documents. Familiar with ECF/Pacer. Should have 5+ years of experience in a law firm setting. Multi-jurisdictional federal litigation experience, ., USDC and USCA essential. Strong knowledge of case management during all stages of litigation, including court rules, practices, and procedures needed. Strong writing skills, including the ability to draft legal Complaints and briefs essential. Working knowledge of the discovery process is needed. Must be proficient at scheduling, docketing, and court e-filing. Should be skilled in Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly pleading formatting, TOAs, TOCs, and Microsoft Teams. Must be skilled at drafting Federal Court Complaints and responses to Motions.
