We are currently seeking a full-time, certified Paralegal to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.

Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary:

**Members Only** is seeking a full-time, certified Paralegal with a minimum of five years' insurance defense experience to join our team in either our Farmington Hills or Grand Rapids office. The primary responsibilities of this position include managing a heavy civil litigation desk, drafting legal documents, and assisting with trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a heavy civil litigation desk
- Draft legal documents, including motions and discovery
- Work with medical records, including summaries and chronologies
- Schedule Independent Medical Examinations and expert depositions
- Assist with trial preparation, including trial notebooks, exhibits, jury instructions, and motions in limine
- Assist with deposition preparation

Qualifications:

- with a minimum of five years' insurance defense experience
- Knowledge of Outlook and Filevine, or other law practice management software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
