**Members Only**, the largest injury law firm in the world, is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join their IT Programs & Strategy team. This role will involve coordinating and monitoring project activities, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project goals and priorities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, familiarity with project management methods, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tools. This is a full-time, in-office position, preferably in Orlando, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor IT project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues and support resolution efforts
- Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in IT
- Familiarity with project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tools (., Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to bring structure to chaos
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working with both technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting IT initiatives or enterprise programs
- Interest in certifications like CAPM, PMP, or Agile
- Understanding of IT delivery or business process workflows
