Job Title: Loan Review Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze SBA 7(a) loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SBA requirements.
- Identify and report discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential risks in loan documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SBA loan programs and commercial lending best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries of loan review findings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of loan review policies and procedures and systems.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SBA or commercial lending, loan review, banking, or a related field, with specific experience in SBA lending preferred.
- Understanding of credit processes, such as loan origination and underwriting; SBA credit policies and processes; and loan portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, SBA loan programs, and loan documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
