Job Responsibilities
The Bankruptcy Supervisor at the law firm will undertake a series of critical responsibilities aimed at ensuring the efficient operation of the Bankruptcy Department. The key duties include:

- Supervising the team within the Bankruptcy Department to ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and court deadlines.
- Reviewing scorecards, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary remediation.
- Overseeing the team’s pipeline, timelines, quality, and productivity to meet business objectives.
- Submitting development requests to address the business needs of the team, including necessary updates to reports and documents.
- Promoting a sense of camaraderie, community, and communication within the team.
- Conducting regular team meetings to keep the team informed of updates and ensure proper implementation.
- Demonstrating fair and consistent accountability across the team.
- Managing team schedules, covering department needs, approving Paid Time Off (PTO) requests, and ensuring adherence to timekeeping policies.
- Performing all duties and responsibilities effectively and in a timely manner, in line with company policies and client directives, to achieve overall company goals.
- Keeping superiors fully informed of any significant problems or unusual matters and taking prompt corrective action or suggesting alternative solutions.
- Assisting in the onboarding and training of new employees.
- Leading by exemplary example.
- Performing any and all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information
The position requires the following qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Creditor Rights Bankruptcy.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.

Preferred qualifications include experience in Plan Review, Reaffirmations, and handling Matters such as Notices of Postpetition Fees, Expenses, and Charges (NOPC), Proof of Payment of Fees and Expenses (PPFN), and Notices of Final Cure (NOFC).
