Responsibilities
Assist with the drafting and prosecution of patent applications.
Conduct legal and technical research and analysis.
Prepare patent applications and responses to communications from the USPTO.
Assist with the drafting of opinions, due diligence reports, and other patent-related projects.
Learn about patent law and the USPTO.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
At least two years of engineering-related work experience.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
LSAT score (preferred).
Patent Office Registration Number (preferred).
