Job Title: Accounting Project Lead
Job Responsibilities:
The Accounting Project Lead is tasked with leading various project initiatives within the accounting department to enhance productivity and streamline ongoing processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading diverse projects in collaboration with banking vendors and internal data operations teams to integrate automation and AI capabilities.
- Managing e-filing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Handling credit card transactions and tracking to maintain financial accuracy.
- Identifying areas for improvement within the accounting department and developing actionable next steps.
- Documenting processes and creating procedural documents to standardize operations.
- Maintaining and managing the accounting request queue to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
Education and Experience:
Required Education & Experience:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting is necessary.
- Experience with automation and integrations is essential to effectively handle the responsibilities of the role.
- Experience in process documentation is crucial for creating and maintaining procedural documents.
- Lock box integration or experience is preferred, although not mandatory.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Salary Information:
