Job Summary:

**Members Only**, a leader in commercial analytics, is seeking a highly experienced Director of Legal to join their team in Miami, Florida. This role will be responsible for managing all legal matters for the company globally, with a focus on labor and employment, risk and insurance, intellectual property, immigration, litigation, and vendor agreements. The ideal candidate will have a and a minimum of 10 years experience in transactional or corporate law, with strong project management skills and the ability to build consensus with business clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for all labor and employment related matters for all company entities across the globe
- Provide advice and counseling to the People Department on a wide range of employment issues
- Draft and review employment-related agreements and documents
- Monitor and report on legal trends and assist in updating policies and processes
- Manage the company's overall risk program and insurance portfolio
- Manage the company's global trademark portfolio
- Support the People Department on immigration-related matters
- Manage the company's litigation portfolio
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of vendor agreements
- Provide support on special projects related to privacy/cybersecurity, compliance, and more as assigned by the Chief Legal Officer
