Are you a highly skilled and motivated Estate Planning Paralegal looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! **Members Only** is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Paralegal to join our team as a Case Manager. This is not your typical paralegal position - it is a hybrid role that is heavily client-facing and offers room for growth within our firm.

As an Estate Planning Paralegal Case Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and their other advisors, as well as act as a liaison between the attorney and client. You will also be responsible for hosting initial in-take meetings, leading the Signing Ceremony meeting, and managing various databases and software programs. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Coral Gables, FL.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in estate planning paralegal work, demonstrated competence in working with multiple databases and software programs, and high-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications. An aptitude for effective communication, a strong work ethic, and a responsible attitude are also essential qualities for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of $68,000 - $80,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) contributions, qualified plan profit sharing, fully covered health insurance, dental and vision insurance, and life insurance.
