Immigration Paralegal The candidate will draft legal filings, oversee mailings and correspondences, prepare immigration forms, and communicate with clients over phone and email. The right candidate will multi-task effectively, handle a large volume of cases, work with independence and minimal supervision, and possess excellent English writing skills (including impeccable grammar). A Bachelor's or higher level degree in any field is required. Either paralegal certification or a minimum of 6 months of prior experience in employment-based immigration law is required.
