Job Title: Paralegal - Litigation
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings and other legal documents related to commercial litigation.
- Calendar key dates to ensure timely compliance with court deadlines.
- Manage day-to-day case activities, including the use of e-discovery software for organizing and analyzing electronic documents.
- Proofread and draft documents with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Perform multi-tasking duties efficiently while maintaining excellent organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear and concise exchanges with legal teams and clients.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in the field of commercial litigation.
- Experience in construction and trial processes is considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is required.
- Strong proofreading and drafting skills are essential.
