Billing Administrator:
- Minimum of 3 years of law firm billing experience required
- Must have experience with electronic billing
- Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000
Legal Secretary:
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience required
- Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000
Paralegal:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate and real estate law required
- Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000

Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor and track billable hours and expenses
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and disputes
- Maintain electronic billing system and ensure compliance with client guidelines
- Assist attorneys with budgeting and forecasting for client matters
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in legal matters
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Maintain organized and accurate case files
- Assist attorneys with all stages of corporate and real estate transactions
- Conduct due diligence and prepare necessary documents and forms
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field for Billing Administrator
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in legal studies for Legal Secretary and Paralegal
- Strong knowledge of billing software and electronic billing systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
