Job Title: Back-end Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls with courtesy.
- Respond promptly to numerous answering service emails, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members for a seamless client experience.
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
- Accurately record client information, take detailed messages, and deliver them to the appropriate staff member.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage the law firm’s calendar with attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry as needed.

Education and Experience Information:
- Proven experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably within a law firm or fast-paced office setting.
- Bilingual capability, with Spanish speaking preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office software.

Salary Information:
- Compensation Range: $18 - $21 USD per hour.
