Law Firm Seeks IT User Support Specialist in Philadelphia:

Overview:

- **Members Only** (GT), a global law firm with locations across the world in 15 countries, is seeking an IT User Support Specialist in our Philadelphia office.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technology-related consultation and support in an office environment
- Support computer hardware and software, maintain inventory, and oversee system setups and breakdowns
- Assist with video conferencing, AV setups, and take-downs for conference rooms
- Support mobile devices and email delivery systems
- Maintain telephone and voicemail systems
- Track user support requests and escalate complex issues
- Proactively identify and address common support issues
- Coordinate with IT vendors and other departments
- Assist with technology rollouts and projects
- Make recommendations for training opportunities

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience providing technology support in a professional office environment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills related to desktop computer hardware and software
- Experience with networked and local printers, scanners, and other hardware peripherals
- Familiarity with networking devices and associated troubleshooting
- Prior use of a trouble ticket tracking system

Technology Skills:

- Significant knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems
- Experience with iOS, Android, and other mobile devices, with a focus on InTune and email delivery systems
- Familiarity with common law firm tools and software, such as email archiving and document management systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and iManage preferred
- Knowledge of video conferencing and audiovisual equipment
- Experience with remote access systems, such as Citrix, VPN, and Remote Desktop
