IP Projects Paralegal Assistant The candidate will work closely with the Practice Support Manager, Lisa Dawn Gentry, to assist paralegals and attorneys with various aspects of the team's IP work and to provide support for other projects and matters as required from time to time. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience in US and non-US patent prosecution, and PCT national stage filings experience. Must possess experience supporting IP prosecution teams. Must have the ability to work independently and assist with meeting critical deadlines under the supervision of an attorney and/or Practice Support Manager. Must have exemplary interpersonal skills to successfully communicate and follow instructions and to provide information with professionalism, courtesy, and tact. Must possess and work comfortably with advanced computer software and effectively use and maintain a document management system. A high level of responsibility, dedication, and accuracy will be required. Must have communication skills that will inspire the confidence of the team. Must have a strong commitment to client and team service. The ability to work well both independently and with others, and reinforce our collaborative culture.
