**Members Only** is seeking a Practice Development Manager to join our Marketing + Business Development team in either Grand Rapids or Detroit. This role will provide strategic support to practice and industry group leaders to deliver exceptional client service and guide practice groups to achieve their strategic goals and objectives. **Job Title: Practice Development Manager**
**Experience Required:** 5-7 years in a professional services environment
**Education Required:** Bachelor's degree
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for assigned practice and industry groups
- Collaborate with practice and industry group leadership to create meeting agendas and manage action items
- Identify topics and opportunities for seminars and coordinate logistics with the Events Manager
- Support business development activities with Business Development Managers
- Supervise and direct the Practice Group & Proposal Development Coordinator
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development team on special projects as needed
- Manage the firm's experience database and collaborate with client service managers and teams to draft and finalize descriptions of Warner's work on behalf of clients
- Oversee the process of posting new experience summaries on the website and other marketing materials
