Job Responsibilities:
The All-Rounder Immigration Associate will engage in a comprehensive array of immigration practice areas. These include, but are not limited to, handling cases related to H-1B visas, L-1 visas, O-1 visas, PERM labor certifications, EB-1 immigrant visas, consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, waivers, family petitions, and asylum. Additionally, the role involves representing clients in federal court and dealing with ethical issues pertaining to immigration law. The candidate is expected to manage a large caseload effectively and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. The position requires excellent writing skills and a strong enthusiasm for research, writing, and scholarship in the field of immigration law.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar. The position requires a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in immigration law, covering a broad range of the areas specified in the job responsibilities. Salary Information:
