Job Title: Removal/Bond Attorney (Hybrid - New Jersey Based)

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in EOIR removal and bond hearings, ensuring that they receive fair and just treatment under the law.
- File motions, briefs, and appeals before the EOIR, BIA, and federal courts to advocate for clients’ rights and best interests.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with detained clients and their families to provide updates and support throughout the legal process.
- Participate in Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) hearings to further clients' immigration goals.
- Develop innovative litigation strategies based on thorough and in-depth legal research to effectively represent clients.
- Collaborate with case managers and legal assistants to build strong and compelling cases, ensuring all aspects are thoroughly covered.
- Maintain organized, timely, and compliant case records and deadlines to uphold the integrity of the legal process and client representation.

Education and Experience Information:
- A licensed attorney in any . state, with a preference for those licensed in New Jersey.
- 1–3 years of experience in removal defense and bond representation is strongly preferred, highlighting the need for familiarity with this specific area of law.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred, emphasizing the importance of communication with a diverse client base.
- Based in New Jersey with the ability to appear in person for court and client meetings, underscoring the hybrid nature of the role.
- A strong writer, confident litigator, and tireless advocate, reflecting the need for excellent communication and advocacy skills.
- Deeply aligned with immigrant rights and social justice, indicating a commitment to the cause and clients served.

Salary Information:
