Job Title: Attorney – Immigration

Job Responsibilities:
An immigration attorney at the law firm will be responsible for assisting clients with a wide variety of family immigration matters. This includes providing legal guidance and support to clients seeking family-based immigration solutions. Attorneys will play a crucial role in advising and representing clients in cases involving religious or moral waivers of vaccine requirements for residency. The role requires the attorney to take initiative and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that clients' rights are preserved and their immigration goals are achieved. A passion for preserving medical liberty and safeguarding civil rights is essential.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have at least three years of experience practicing immigration law, specifically in family-based immigration. Prior experience with the I-601 religious/moral waiver for vaccination is preferred, although the law firm is willing to train the right candidate who aligns with its mission. Experience in employment-based immigration is considered a plus.

Salary Information:
Compensation for the Attorney – Immigration position ranges from $100,000 to $180,000 per year, with a starting range of $100,000 to $130,000, depending on the candidate's experience. The compensation package includes additional performance-based compensation for certain attorney positions, non-discretionary and discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. The benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, a 401k plan, and other benefits.

This position is open to various levels, including Attorney (Mid to Senior), Counsel, and Partner. It is a full-time remote position, available nationwide, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a team of experienced, dependable, dedicated, and hard-working attorneys.
