Job Title: Removal/Bond Attorney (Hybrid - New Jersey Based)

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) removal and bond hearings.
- File motions, briefs, and appeals before EOIR, Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and federal courts.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with detained clients and their families, ensuring they understand the legal process and their options.
- Participate in Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) hearings.
- Develop innovative litigation strategies based on in-depth legal research to effectively advocate for clients.
- Collaborate with case managers and legal assistants to build strong, compelling cases.
- Maintain organized, timely, and compliant case records and deadlines to ensure the highest quality of legal service.

Education and Experience Information:
- A licensed attorney in any . state, with a strong preference for those licensed in New Jersey.
- 1–3 years of experience in removal defense and bond representation is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, as it enhances communication with a diverse client base.
- Must be based in New Jersey with the ability to appear in person for court hearings and client meetings.
- Demonstrates strong writing skills, confidence in litigation, and a tireless advocacy approach.
- Deeply aligned with immigrant rights and social justice, showcasing a commitment to these causes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment that demands resilience and adaptability.

Salary Information:
- Competitive salary ranging between $100,000 and $130,000 annually.
- Hybrid work model offering flexibility to work both remotely and in person, accommodating diverse work preferences.
