Entry Level Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate's responsibilities: Draft Interrogatories; Communicate with clients and Defense Council- calls/letters/emails; Prepare and file all motions for discovery, discovery responses and depositions; MFS/Preclusion, and responses to same; Withdrawal of motions once discovery is received prior to hearing; Draft case management, arbitration, & settlement memos. Draft motions under attorney supervision; Prepares PTC/SC memos; Prepares Arbitration/ADR packets; Review files for medical and legal summaries; Review medical recs and reports for injuries; Scheduling depositions, confirming calendar events; Scheduling and confirming defense IMEs and assisting clients with transportation; Ability to work fully remotely with own equipment (smart phone, high speed internet, and a computer/laptop with up to date software: Windows 10 Pro or newer, Mac Monterey, Big Sur, or Catalina) required. Experience of 1 year (Required). Bachelor's (Preferred). Paralegal Certificate (Preferred).
