Law Firm Seeking Accounts Receivable Coordinator with Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

H1: Join Our Team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Our Law Firm

H2: Essential Functions of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator Role

- Research and investigate client payments on hold or with missing remittance information
- Ensure accuracy in posting short pays
- Process and post cash receipts and client payments in a timely manner
- Post wire/ACH payments and process credit card payments
- Assist attorneys, staff, and clients with receivable-related matters
- Maintain accurate records of client payments
- Troubleshoot overpayments and process client refunds
- Collaborate with other finance departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate client records
- Additional accounting duties as assigned

H2: Qualifications and Experience for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator Role

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a law firm or professional services organization
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with 3E preferred
- Strong mathematical and accounting skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

H2: Work Environment and Physical Demands

- This is a full-time office job with standard office equipment
- Medium work with occasional lifting and physical exertion
- Worker must have good visual acuity for data analysis and computer work
