Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be drafting of gestational carrier/egg/sperm/embryo contracts, and drafting and filing co-parent and step-parent adoption paperwork. Preparation of pre-birth orders, e-filing of documents, calling courts, and following up with potential clients. Proven work experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products are required. Must be extremely organized, sensitive to deadlines, and have solid time management and follow-up skills. Must enjoy helping people and wishes to directly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the firm by being a great communicator and active listener. Should have 2 years of Microsoft Office and 2 years of Paralegal experience.
