Job Title: Spanish Speaking Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
The Spanish Speaking Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for handling and managing high-value personal injury cases. This role requires a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who can work directly with the managing attorney and legal support staff. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents such as Summons & Verified Complaints, Verified Bills of Particulars (BPs), Discovery Responses, Requests for Judicial Intervention (RJIs), and Requests for Preliminary Conference. The paralegal will also be responsible for responding to Preliminary and Compliance Conference orders, interpreting for attorneys and Spanish-speaking clients, managing the legal calendar, notifying clients of upcoming deposition and court dates, scheduling medical appointments, and managing the weekly court and firm calendar.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a minimum of . The candidate must be fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and interpret for attorneys. The ability to commute to Forest Hills, NY is required, as the work location is in person.

Salary Information:
The position offers a salary starting from $80,000 per year.
