Role and Responsibilities:

As a BDM, you will:

- Develop and implement business development plans for practice groups and industry teams
- Identify opportunities for current and potential clients
- Build brand awareness for the firm and align efforts with overall goals
- Provide coaching and support for individual attorney business development plans
- Conduct marketing research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and position the firm for success

Qualifications:

- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Minimum 5 years experience in legal marketing with prior law firm experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRMs and marketing databases
- Client service attitude and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Some travel may be required
