Role Highlights:
- Key contributor to firm’s success
- Collaborate with individuals, families, and fiduciaries on estate and trust planning, business succession, estate administration, and contested estate matters
- Manage client matters from inception to completion
- Engage in meaningful client and professional interactions
- Balance independent responsibilities with teamwork to ensure seamless support and efficient handling of all matters

Primary Focus:
- Partner with clients to develop, structure, and draft estate plans
- Counsel fiduciaries on estate and trust settlement and administration
- Devise and implement effective legal strategies
- Manage multiple client matters and timelines efficiently

Core Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Minnesota and in good standing with the state bar
- Demonstrated expertise in complex trust and estate planning and administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro
- Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Maintain high standards of professional conduct in compliance with Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct
