**Members Only** is seeking a Trust & Estate Associate to join our Estate Planning Practice Group. In this role, you will work on a partnership track, focusing on serving individuals and families, closely held business owners and executives, as well as corporate and individual fiduciaries in all areas of estate and tax planning, business succession planning, and trust and estate administration.
Responsibilities:
• Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Advising clients on tax planning strategies
• Assisting with trust and estate administration
• Conducting legal research and writing memoranda
• Communicating with clients and other parties involved in the planning process
• Working both independently and as part of a team on complex matters
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in estate planning
• Strong drafting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Client-facing experience
• Solid academic credentials
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
