The salary for this position ranges from $160,000-$250,000, with additional incentives based on billable hours and performance. Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in estate planning
- Demonstrated ability to lead sophisticated estate planning and estate/trust administration
- Strong interest and experience in gift and estate tax planning, charitable planning, and family business succession planning
- Previous experience working with high net worth clients is required

- Detail-oriented
- Partial book of business is welcome, but not required

Salary:
- Estimated range: $160,000-$250,000 based on level of estate planning experience
- Monthly, quarterly, and/or annual incentives based on billable hours and overall performance
