Job Title: Technical Analyst (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with software implementations, upgrades, and process improvements to enhance the firm's financial and operational systems.
- Support financial database reporting and ensure data integrity across various platforms.
- Perform month-end processing and system administrative tasks to ensure seamless functionality.
- Troubleshoot financial application and system issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to streamline data processes and optimize workflows.
- Create and manage vendor support tickets for financial applications to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide secondary support for financial system-related IT help desk issues.
- Assist with special projects and financial analyses as needed to support technology initiatives.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience with accounting, billing, or financial systems is required.
- Exposure to Aderant, NetDocuments, or similar legal/professional services platforms is a plus.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database management are essential.
- Familiarity with BI tools, Power Apps, and scripting languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are necessary.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams is required.
- Candidates should be organized, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000.
