The candidate will prepare Proof of Claim (B10 Form) and Proof of Claim Attachment. Package all essential loan documents. Prepare requests for special notices. Follow up with the client for the necessary loan documents, account information, and figures. Update the client system with the status of proof of claim. Provide paralegal and administrative support to attorneys and perform all other duties as assigned.
