Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant (Entry Level)
Job Responsibilities:
- Filing, scanning, and organizing legal documents
- Client contact and communication
- Assisting with basic case setup and preparation
- Conducting basic research
- Coordinating marketing and business development efforts
- Managing office supplies
- Assisting with billing and collection efforts
- Providing general administrative support
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum education requirement: Associate's Degree
- Prior office experience is considered a plus
- Proficiency in Spanish is required
Salary Information:
