Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Paralegal at the law firm, you will be entrusted with a variety of critical tasks that ensure the smooth progression of cases and contribute to the success of the legal team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and organizing documents essential for case proceedings.
- Creating and responding to discovery requests.
- Calendaring hearings and important deadlines.
- Communicating effectively with clients and attorneys to devise winning strategies for each case.
- Drafting and responding to discovery, creating Docket Control Orders (DCOs), and managing deadlines and appointments.
- Analyzing evidence and reports, and organizing and tracking files.
- E-filing legal documents with the court.
- Scheduling depositions and preparing mediation and trial notebooks.

Education and Experience:
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in Personal Injury cases.
- Strong communication skills for positive interaction with clients, team members, and the broader legal field.
- A quality-, deadline-, and detail-oriented mindset with a strong working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products, calendars, video conferencing software, scanners, etc.
- A competitive nature with a strong passion for exceeding personal and professional goals.
- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively in both team and individual settings in a high-energy, growing environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Salary Information:
The salary for the Litigation Paralegal position is $70,000 annually, which is based on the requirements and experience specified above.

Work Style:
