Job Title: Trademark Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
The Trademark Paralegal at the company provides key support for attorneys and internal teams managing the company's extensive trademark portfolio. This role involves assisting the company's IP team with . and international trademark prosecution processes, from pre-filing to maintenance of registered trademarks, as well as aiding in enforcement and opposition matters. Specific duties include:

- Creating, maintaining, and updating . and international trademark and patent prosecution and opposition files, both in physical and electronic records management systems, including WebTMS.
- Regular correspondence with foreign counsel regarding new trademark applications and routine prosecution matters.
- Creating, maintaining, and updating docket reports.
- Reviewing the docket daily to track all deadlines related to trademark prosecution, oppositions, customs recordals, and enforcement matters.
- Preparing powers of attorney and related documents for trademark assignments.
- Gathering and organizing evidence of use to support pending applications and oppositions.
- Preparing status reports for attorneys and internal teams as needed.
- Assisting in quality assurance reviews of trademark records and correspondence.
- Checking and updating the status of trademark cases with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and foreign trademark offices when appropriate.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience is required.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload are essential.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and problem-solve effectively.
- Relevant work experience in intellectual property (IP) is preferred.
- Experience in supporting IP attorneys is preferred.

Salary Information:
The primary location salary range for the Trademark Paralegal position is $65,000 to $75,000.
