Senior Docket Specialist: Regional Support for Law Firm

The Role:
- Provide regional support to Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP's offices
- Work with a team of docket staff to handle cross-regional assignments
- Support various practice groups within the firm
- Review court filings, docket deadlines and appearances
- Train new docket staff and lead special projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years docket experience with a rules-based calendaring system
- Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and agency rules
- Previous experience in a law firm and understanding of various litigation practice areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team
Job Description:
