Job Responsibilities

Grassroots & Nonprofit Engagement:
- Lead and execute local community grassroots outreach initiatives and identify community partnership opportunities to bring new clients to the law firm.
- Attend events and maintain relationships with local nonprofits and community organizations.
- Represent the brand professionally and compassionately at local activations.

Client & Office Content Coordination:
- Collect and organize client photos and stories for marketing use (with proper consent).
- Coordinate and capture office-based content shoots, capturing day-to-day team and office culture.
- Assist with content production during local marketing events and client gatherings.

Client Research:
- Assist intake team on conducting ad-hoc client research and administering questionnaires.

Admin & Sales Support:
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, asset management, and documentation.
- Track and manage marketing materials and content approvals across teams.

Sales Material Management:
- Continuously create new sales-driving content for the in-office team.
- Implement local marketing playbook to increase in-office visits.
- Place and coordinate marketing material orders for each office (flyers, banners, referral cards, etc.).
- Ensure inventory levels are monitored and replenished regularly.

Education and Experience Information

- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or event coordination (internships included).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience capturing mobile phone content.
- Comfortable attending in-person events and working with diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish fluency required).
- Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Canva, Asana, or project management software is a bonus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to work in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Flexible work schedule; able to work after office hours to attend events.

Salary Information

- The pay range for this role is 22 - 24 USD per hour.
