Bilingual Immigration Paralegal/Administrative Legal Assistant The candidate will receive incoming client contacts by telephone, mail, and email. Will make client appointments and give clients information. Work directly with clients to gather necessary information and documents to prepare their cases for filing. Copy, scan, and file necessary information and documents physically and digitally, including closing cases. Receive payments for services and for filing fees. Must be computer literate and most importantly write and speak in English and Spanish well. Must be detail oriented and comfortable in a fast moving and high-pressure position.
